Low Back Pain Program

4 Week Program Including Muscle Assessments, Massage, Acupuncture/Massage Combo and Exercises.

Low Back Pain Program
Low Back pain is a very common complaint and is a reason why many people seek massage therapy and acupuncture. Low back pain accounts for high percentage of long term absence from work or sick days. Throughout my years of providing massage therapy and acupuncture for low back pain, I've noticed that the following are the common reasons for it; running/vigour walking uphill, strenuous activity, heavy lifting, snow shoveling or simply bending down to pick up something light as paper.  Recurrence of low back pain is very common. Once you've injured it seriously, it is likely that it will happen again unless taken care of. Within my 20 years as an RMT, many patients have had recurrent LBP but not as frequently with regular massage therapy/acupuncture, self care stretching/strengthening exercises and proper sleeping positions.
The Low Back Pain (LBP) Program is for patients experiencing Chronic low back pain who wants to resolve it so it doesn't reoccur as often and they can do what they love and live pain free.

Low back pain program is a 4 week treatment plan which includes massage therapy plus assessments, strengthening/stretching exercises or massage/acupuncture combo treatments and MPS Neurostim.

All 4 treatments for chronic low back pain program will be booked after the initial treatment so you will have your designated weekly treatments booked however, payments are made after each treatment... this is not a package. It takes commitment and series of treatments to get your back healthy and in a strong condition so you can get back out and play your sport or just be able to have pain free days.

Initial Treatment Suggested  105 minutes (health history, assessment and treatment)

Follow ups are 90/75/60 minutes  (short intake/assessment and treatments) depending on treatment issue and goals
